The easiest way to bring life to your notice board is wrapping it in fabric. You can easily put pins through the fabric, so it won’t affect the functionality. But, it will add colour and character to the noticeboard. One extra thing you can do here is create zones with different colours. You can use different shades of red and pink to create different sections. You can then place pins and notes in certain zones.
